Physical Challenge: To Count or Not To Count

There are many out there who want to loose weight or be healthier yet reject the concept of calorie counting. The complaints are it's to stringent...what if I don't know the calories...I want to enjoy my food. Let's think about the future. You can enjoy a piece of chocolate cake just not everyday. In order to be a HealthierU in 2013 you need to establish a baseline and learn where you can cut and enjoy freedom within your eating boundaries.

Today's Challenge:  For 3 days count your calories. There are now apps you can get on your phone that makes this super easy and is very accurate at estimating the calories consumed.  Do this so you can establish a baseline.  

This will help you examine how much you truly need and how much you don't. As a society pumped up on soda and fast food-this will be a huge eye opening experience.  Good Luck!
