Physical Challenge: Keeping it REAL and HYDRATED!

One of our first physical challenges was to drink 1/2 our body weight in ounces of water.  Over time we forget the importance of laying off the sodas and coffee and focusing on the water.  One of the best health habits to form is "Drinking Water". 

Not only does it curb your appetite, hydrate your skin to help you look younger and increase muscle energy levels; water can help with bowel function which tons of people struggle with and helps your kidneys.  If you want be a "Fountain of Youth"--Start with Water!

Today's Challenge:  Repeat Water--Drink 1/2 your body weight in water...be refreshed and do yourself a favor!
