Today our leadership spotlight is for the ladies...Not only do women have to wear the mom, wife, employee, nurse, chef, financial manager....and "You-Name-It" hat we have big challenge of being a leaders for our children and those around us--so just add one more hour to the day and no problem ladies will tackle that assignment too.
