- Hit the thrift shop or re-sell bin on videos--you'll find some. Even if they are old they'll still come in handy.
- Invest in some cheap free weights-you don't need a set of 10 just some basics-5lb, 10lb.
- Get an Accountability Partner or commit to a "Skinny Santa" or similar program.
